Masterroof provided the best customer service from start to finish. Nick, Roman and their crew did not disappoint with their professional replacement installation of our siding, roofing and gutters. Nick was attentive to our needs and provided expert insight when we were selecting siding type and colors. They were efficient in scheduling and completing work, always being mindful of our work schedules and commitments. Nick was quick to answer questions both verbally and through email/text. Nick took care of working with our insurance company and advocating for our needs. A huge factor in choosing this company was they demonstrated all of these positive qualities when working with my elderly mother who also had siding, roof and gutter replacement. I was actually looking for a roofing company, but everyone I called never showed up. My boyfriend saw Nick in his neighborhood and ask him to come by and take a look at my roof and the rest is history. He came by and told me step by step how we were going to do this by going thru the insurance company, and pretty much that's what happen. He worked with my insurance company until everything was finalize and the roof was completed.. Nick and the installer did a great job I had the chimney chase replaced MasterRoof Contracting is a great choice if you need roof work done. I got 4 estimates for the same requested service and Nick was my choice. Not only because of his estimate but because he was so knowledgeable about the service I needed and was very passionate about the service they offer and answered all my concerns. Walker came out to assess my roof and was very professional. While he was here, he even fixed a piece of siding that had fallen off a few days ago. Beyond just giving me the standard roof report, he walked me through a lot of useful info on general roof care, dos and don'ts, and siding options. What really stood out was his honesty—he didn’t try to sell me anything. He wasn't pushy. Instead, he took the time to educate me on a couple of issues he had spotted. Nick Cooper came right out on short notice to do a eval of our roof after the recent rain and wind storms. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. Although my roof -which was recently new; less than five years old , and did not have any damage, it was very comforting to have a top notch evaluation certifying the condition of the roof- peace of mind was very worthwhile. Nick at MasterRoof was able to work with our insurance to get us a brand new roof and gutters. We have solar panels and they were able to take those down, put a new roof on, and reinstall them more securely than they initially had been. I found this company an workers to be trustworthy and have great work ethics. Roof was worthless and had a lot of hidden damage we worked out the price with no pressure or upsale Nick is a straight shooter.
